| Popis: | The Missouri Bleeder Swine have a hereditary bleeding disease similar to von Willebrand's disease in human subjects. Previously, platelet adhesion had been shown to be reduced by two different methods. The present study shows that the size distribution of platelets determined using a Coulter Counter does not differ significantly between bleeder and normal swine. |
