| Popis: | The extract of 13-day-old bpHbpH embryos contains the factor causing inhibition of the growth of the long bone rudiments of normal embryos in vitro. A 400-fold purification of the factor has been achieved. The molecular weight of the main protein component of the preparation obtained is 76,000. The synthesis of this protein appears to be controlled by bpH gene. |
