Popis:	Large hiatal hernia (HH) can cause extensive posterior cardiac compression, including frequent compression of the basal inferior left ventricular (LV) wall, with such changes resolving post HH repair. We present the first case of ventricular tachycardia (VT) associated with HH-induced compression.
