Popis:	The pattern of disease relapse in nine patients with multiple myeloma who had received double hemi body irradiation therapy is analysed. This analysis highlights the localisation of these relapses to skeletal areas excluded from initial radiation fields. This phenomenon was also documented in a patient who received systemic irradiation as part of a conditioning regimen per allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
