| Popis: | Isotretinoin, a drug used for the treatment of acne, has been shown to have teratogenic effects. We report an additional case of isotretinoin teratogenicity in which the patient had agenesis of the cerebellar vermis, multiple leptomeningeal neuroglial heterotopias, hydrocephalus, and abnormalities of the corticospinal tracts. These findings are related to those reported previously. |
