En este capítulo se busca ofrecer una descripción de las condiciones que posibilitaron la emergencia y consolidación del campo de los estudios organizacionales en México por medio de la reconstrucción de una narrativa sobre algunos de los acontecimientos y debates que han marcado el rumbo de la discusión. Se pretende explicar qué fue lo que llevó al “giro organizacional” desde la administración, por un lado —dadas las condiciones institucionales que permitieron su institucionalización en un espacio como la Unidad Iztapalapa de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana—, distinguirse de la administración y por posicionar a la organización como objeto de estudio relevante en el concierto de las ciencias sociales—. This paper describes the conditions that made possible the emergence and consolidation of the field of Organizational Studies in Mexico, through the reconstruction of a narrative about some of the events and debates that would mark the course of the discussion, seeking to explain what was the that led to the "organizational turn" from the Administration, on the one hand, given the structural conditions that allowed its institutionalization in a space such as the Iztapalapa Campus of the Autonomous Metropolitan University, and on the other, the "paradigm battles" to distinguish itself from the administration , for transcending neoliberal thought in the classroom and for positioning the organization and organizational processes as a relevant object of study in the concert of social sciences. Some of the most important works of national researchers are recovered whose contents serve to describe what has been lived in these twenty-five years in search of the consolidation of Organizational Studies as a necessary perspective of analysis of the social reality in Mexico, particularly, from the view of the construction of a postgraduate degree specialized in the subject. |
