Popis: Mesoporous titanium dioxide (TiO) nanostructured thin films, formed by a simple chemical route, namely, the successive ionic layer adsorption reaction (SILAR) technique, were efficiently used to grow a cadmium sulphide (CdS) nanoparticle architecture for device grade applications.
