Popis:	A woman treated for breast cancer with mastectomy and radiotherapy in 1965 presented with a pleural mass and high CA 15-3 concentrations in a pleural effusion 30 years later and responded to endocrine therapy. The high CA 15.3 concentration was useful in diagnosis and treatment selection.
