Popis: | The proteomic features of blood plasma and subcellular fractions of rat hepatocytes were studied during long-term dietary consumption of coenzyme Q10 as the endogenous mediator of antioxidant and energy homeostasis in the cell. Long-term coenzyme Q10 consumption was followed by the formation of specific nutriproteomes of the microsomal and cytosolic fractions of rat hepatocytes. |
