Popis:	Hypereosinophilic syndrome is a myeloproliferative disorder defined by unexplained, persistent hypereosinophilia with cutaneous or systemic involvement. We describe a patient with coexistence of hypereosinophilic syndrome and bullous pemphigoid. Treatment with the novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor imatinib mesylate resulted in durable remission of hypereosinophilia and skin lesions.
