Popis:	A description is presented of a simple routine complement fixation test in which veronal-buffered saline, containing magnesium and calcium ions, is used as a diluent and an optimal hemolysin dilution and preserved complement, spectrophotometrically titrated in terms of 50% hemolytic units, are applied.
