| Popis: | A new method is described for the determination of serum iron and latent iron-binding capacity introducing ferrozine as colour reagent. Its accuracy and reproducibility have been investigated and the influence of other compunds was also examined. The variation coefficient was 1.2% for the serum iron determination and 4.1 for the iron-binding capacity. |
