| Popis: | The advances in the environmental policy and the environmental step in the business organizations have allowed articulating strategies of conservation and use of the natural resources of the environment like paradigms and of the environmental policy of the States. These advances have been inclusive to the normative development from the constitutional texts to the disciplines of the juridical sciences for their protection, where environmental, inclusive rights of the civic participation to attain the sustainable development become established. You execute an analysis of the instruments of environmental tutelage, linked to the public environmental control - evaluation of environmental impact, environmental inspection, environmental license and environmental auditing-. For such reasons, the objective of the article is to systematize the elements that confi gure the instruments of environmental tutelage (evaluation of environmental impact, environmental inspection, environmental license and environmental auditing) to delimit his connection points between these as part of the environmental policy in pursuit of attaining an adequate environmental sustainable step. |
