Popis: | Synthetic phosphatidylcholine hydroperoxide (PC-OOH), phosphatidylethanolamine hydroperoxide (PE-OOH) and phosphatidylglycerol hydroperoxide (PG-OOH) could be analyzed by ion spray ionization mass spectrometry, clearly affording the molecular ion peaks as protonated ion species without any fragmentation. Linearity between PC-OOH concentration and peak intensity, and the minimum detectable concentration of PC-OOH were obtained. |
