Popis: | 1,3,5-Trithiane functionalized with esterase-sensitive ester groups on the methylene linkers was developed as a class of enzymatic hydrolysis-based hydrogen sulfide (H2S) donors. The amount of H2S released from the donors was dependent on the number of ester bonds. The donors release H2S in a controllable manner in the presence of an enzyme. |
