Popis: Osjetljivost fitopatogene gljive Botrytis cinerea na fungicide fenheksamid i boskalid istražena je u 2018., 2019. i 2021. godini. Ukupno 46 izolata B. cinerea s vinove loze, jagode, borovnice, salate, tikvica, rajčice, graha i različitog ukrasnog bilja sakupljeno je širom Hrvatske.
In 2018, 2019 and 2021, screening on sensitivity of plant pathogenic fungus Botrytis cinerea to botryticides fenhexamid and boscalid was performed. Fortysix B. cinerea isolates from grapevine, strawberry, blueberry, lettuce, zucchini, tomato, bean and various ornamental plants have been randomly collected across Croatia. Discriminatory concentrations of 1 mg/l and 50 mg/l in agar assays have been selected for sensitivity testing, both for fenhexamid and boscalid. Neither one B. cinerea isolate showed resistance to fenhexamid. Conidial germ tube elongation of all isolates was less than 40% of control at 1 mg/l fenhexamid, and neither one isolate was capable of non-stalled germ tube elongation at 50 mg/l fenhexamid. Thirty-five (77%) B. cinerea isolates showed to be sensitive to boscalid. Seven isolates from strawberry and grapevine showed decreased sensitivity, with germ tube elongation up to 81% of control at 1 mg/l and up to 33% of control at 50 mg/l boscalid. Four isolates, collected from strawberry, zucchini, lettuce and tomato were determined as resistant to boscalid, with conidia capable of germination, germ tube elongation and colony forming at 50 mg/l boscalid. Conidia of resistant isolates germinated up to 49% of control and formed colonies at 50 mg/l boscalid. The results are pointing out the need for permanent resistance management in B. cinerea control.
