Popis: | In this study, the degradation of polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) present in naturally contaminated soil by laccases was evaluated. For that purpose, laccase was produced by solid-state fermentation (SSF) on agroindustrial residues by Trametes versicolor and Agrocybe aegerita. At the same time, commercial laccases from T. versicolor and Aspergillus sp. (Novozym 51,003) were used. This study was supported by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) under the scope of the research project PTDC/AAG-TEC/5269/2014, the strategic funding of UID/BIO/04469/2020 unit and BioTecNorte operation (NORTE-01–0145-FEDER-000004) funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the scope of Norte2020 — Programa Operacional Regional do Norte.
