Popis: International audience; RF dielectric characteristics of two thermoplasticpolymers, namely ABS PC and COP, are here studied with theobjective of comparing their specifications for the implementationof antennas for IoT applications. Wideband characterizationof these materials is assessed in order to cover the main IoTprotocols and UWB communication standard frequencies. Inthis paper, we are using two completely different techniques toconduct this study. The first is based on ring resonating structuresallowing discrete values at resonant frequencies, while the otheris the Grounded Coplanar transmission lines (GCPW TL) forcontinuous results determination. Analysis and discussion of theresults are hereby presented.
