Popis: (reality of administrative creativity and its obstacles to the principals of public and private schools in Ramallah governorate) Abstract: The study aims to know the reality of administrative creativity and its obstacles to the principals of public and private schools in Ramallah governorate from their point of view. The tool included an open question about the obstacles to administrative creativity facing the study sample that was chosen by the stratified random method, and it consisted of (76) managers, i.e. (38.2%) of the study population, and the results of the study showed that the reality of administrative creativity came To a high degree, and by a percentage (84.9%). The field of flexibility got the highest arithmetic mean of (4.33), followed by the domain of originality and innovation with an arithmetic average of (4.27), then the domain of sensitivity to problems with an arithmetic mean of (4.15). The results showed that 27.1% of the obstacles were related to administrative centralization in making decisions and not giving the director powers, which is the highest among the obstacles, 24% related to the regulations and laws followed in the education system, 17.7% due to poor financial capabilities, and 8.3% related to Work pressure, 16.7% related to some teachers' disapproval of creative ideas, and 6.3% related to the school's location and the surrounding environment. The most prominent recommendations concluded by the researchers are the need to develop regulations and legislation that grant powers and allow more space for creativity among school principals.
