Popis:	Obturator hernia is an exceedingly rare pelvic hernia that occurs primarily in multiparous, elderly thin (>70 years of age) females. Here, we report a case of bilateral obturator hernia in an elderly female with high-grade small bowel obstruction repaired with a novel “cigar roll” technique.
