Popis: | Treatment of AKR mice with the saponin Quil A delayed their death in spontaneous leukaemia. In vitro tests did not demonstrate any influence on infection of rat cells with Kirsten sarcoma virus. Quil A in the concentration nanogram/ml doubled the mitogen response of AKR spleen cells to lipopolysaccharide. |
