Popis:	After administration of 14C-thymidine in vivo, the incorporation of the isotope in isolated nucleoli and nuclei of adult rat liver has been demonstrated by track-autoradiography. The advantages of the method used are discussed. The results confirm unambiguously our previous biochemical findings suggesting a synthesis of nucleolar DNA independent of that of the chromosomal extranucleolar DNA in adult rat liver.
