| Popis: | The correspondence between the Fc markers and the TH 2 − markers on T cells was studied utilizing an autoantibody to a TH 2 − T-cell subset. This antibody was obtained from a patient with acquired agammaglobulinemia. Lymphocytotoxicity studies and analysis by fluorescence-activated cell sorting show that Tμ cells are enriched in the TH 2 − helper T cell subset defined by the autoantibody. |
