The research was conducted with two objectives, namely, first: to find and analyze social studies learning materials contained in the ummakalada of the Loura aborigines. Second: the way in which Living Museum Learning is implemented in social science learning in elementary school. The research method used is an ethnographic approach. The data were obtained by interviewing sources who still hold local beliefs (Marapu). The ummakalada of the Loura aborigines has been found to be a traditional house that has been maintained to this day since the ancestors or the first people to occupy the Loura area. UmmaKalada as a learning resource to teach social science topics about social interaction, economic activities, culture, natural resources and religion. The form of implementing social science learning by using UmmaKalada as a living museum or learning resource is the study tour method. |
