| Popis: | This study reports similar birth weights of obese and nonobese adolescent girls. At 1 year of age, though heights were similar, those who were obese at adolescence had gained weight more rapidly than those who remained at normal weight. The mean menarcheal ages of the obese and control groups were not different. |
