| Popis: | The article analyzes the features of formation of calculations with the personnel at the enterprises providing information and technological services. A severe shortage of qualified personnel and high competition between companies in the industry necessitate the formation of a more contemporary wage system. It seems very appropriate to form a basic salary on the basis of the tariff system, or grading system, as well as to develop a system of motivation for key employees of the company. |
