Popis: | Pseudohypertension has been reported in elderly, diabetic and uraemic patients. A variety of diagnostic methods have been used, generally with poor results with the exception of arterial catheterisation. We report a case of pseudohypertension that developed in the year following a renal transplant and was diagnosed by the use of oscillometric and photoplethysmographic blood pressure measurement. |
