Popis: | Quadriparesis is a potentially catastrophic complication during operative procedures. It may result from a number of different types of central nervous system insults. A case of quadriparesis following an otherwise unremarkable percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery is reported. The quadriparesis resulted from multiple air micro emboli. |
