Popis: | Summary Measurements were carried out by microdensitometry of the amount of Feulgen and fast green dyes bound by interphase and mitotic figures in mouse testicular cells. It has been shown that the ratio of the two dyes in individual nuclei is constant in interstitial cells, dividing spermatogonia and spermatocytes in interphase. |
