Popis: | By means of two analog computers (Telefunken RA 742) we tested a mathematical model of thermoregulation . In contrast to previous studies of other authors (e. g. Crosbie, Hardy and Fessenden, 1963; Hardy and S tolwijk, 1966; see also Stolwijk, 1970) we simplified the model with respect to the geometrical configuration and temperature topography of man, because we were m ore i nterested in the study of steady state quantities of thermoregulation than in that of transients. In our model the passive s ystem of the body is represented only by two compartments, c ore and shell, w ith a homogeneous d istribution of temperature and mass. The following differential equations describe the heat flow between core, shell and environment. d~? |
