Mortality in older women is linked to poor sleep quality. To explore potential risk factors, we evaluated differences in body composition and physical activity in 23 older women (77.7 ± 1.7 years). Body composition was measured with bioelectrical impedance analysis, and subjective sleep quality and physical activity were measured with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and three questions adapted from the International Physical Activity Questionnaire.
