| Popis: | The report for 1972, though finding no unusual advances, has sensed distinct regulatory pressure from insurance companies and social legislation. Educational change and added interest and controversy regarding expanded duties are also to be noticed. It is hoped that the pressures toward excellence of achievement and high professional quality will not be lost in the pressures toward mass services and volume consideration. The orientation of research efforts toward betterment of the human race through betterment of dentally related factors is a laudable goal, and one which each year seems further advanced. |
