Popis: Light pollution is a phenomenon that includes environmental, energy and human issues. The impact of light on people, animals and plants today causes, at a time when lighting uses LEDs. Sunlight, moonlight, incandescent light is completely different from the artificial light emitted by modern light sources. There is UV, VIS and NIR radiation, which affects living organisms differently. It is therefore important to assess the radiation emitted by external lighting in terms of the amount of light sent into the upper half-space, but also to assess the type of radiation emitted in various spectral ranges.
