Popis: | Introduction Hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state (HHS) is commonly seen in adults, but can also occur in children and adolescents. Classifying hyperglycemic states correctly is essential to monitor for possible complications. Case Description 15 year old male presented with confusion and vomiting.
