Popis: This investigation continues the research previously carried out by the authors which were devoted to the diffraction problems on closed surfaces. In these papers the unique solvability of various systems of non-stationary boundary equations was proved in some functional spaces of the Sobolev type. In this paper they consider the problem of electromagnetic wave diffraction on an unclosed surface /spl Gamma//sub 0/ in R/sup 3/ which models an ideal conductor.
