Popis: | Renal transplant artery stenosis occurs in approximately 10% of renal transplants, and antihypertensive drugs, vascular reconstructive surgery, and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty may be used in its treatment. Details of 28 cases of renal transplant artery stenosis were collected from a postal survey of United Kingdom transplant centres. The success rate for angioplasty (63% clinical cure or improvement) is lower than in previous reports. |
