| Popis: | Monoclonal antibodies specific for human cell surface antigens were used to develop a technique for the simultaneous analysis of several antigenic determinants. The procedure was used to measure the relative expression of specific cell antigens during cultural growth. Epitope ratio analysis (ERA) is applicable to many systems requiring measurement of such differential antigen expression. |
