| Popis: | Ten children with nephrosis were given a single oral dose of a corticosteroid every48 hours. Side effects appeared less severe and pituitary-adrenal responses to methopyrapone stimulation remained more nearly normal than when comparable amounts of the corticosteroid were administered orally in divided daily doses. |
