Popis:	This case report aims to illustrate the clinical usefulness of diffusion-weighted imaging for diagnosis of bilateral adrenal ischemia during pregnancy. We also provide a retrospective analysis of adrenal gland diffusion data in a control group of 12 pregnant women with no adrenal dysfunction, to assess the normal range of apparent diffusion coefficient of adrenal gland during pregnancy.
