Popis: | Adenovirus (ADV) is a non-enveloped double-stranded DNA virus that can cause severe disease in immunocompromised hosts. We present the case of disseminated adenovirus infection in a liver transplant recipient, confirmed on liver biopsy and treated with cidofovir and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) with monitored serological response. |
