Soil slice removing angle from the rotary tiller knife in the case of the same rotor rotation direction

Popis: The aim of this research was accurately determining soil slice removing angle from the rotary tiller knife in the case of the same rotor rotation direction. In process of analysis there were identified three areas: the previous removing, retention and the subsequent removing. Based on relative value of normal reaction FN/m and frictional force FT/m determined was critical point of angle a, in regard to friction coefficient and angle knife setting . Based on angle α analysis, the angle knife setting should not have a value greater than ≤ 60°. By analyzing the soil slice removing angle α, very important data were obtained in relation to determining the optimum degree of angle of the knife setting, in process of the rotary tiller rotor construction.
