Popis:	Turks were first featured in "historical songs" in Hungarian literature. These songs which are among the epic poems written in the 16th and 17th centuries were played and sung in company with lute to traveling poets or those who had a Latin culture. This article deals with singers, writers, playwrights, poets and scientists of the period in question.
