| Popis: | We report on a Brazilian boy with ectrodactyly, cleft lip/palate, and abnormal pinnae. The clinical aspects involving this patient strongly suggest those reported by Lewis and Pashayan in 1981. Clinical and genetic aspects are discussed. |
