The gathered data were analyzed utilizing the computer program TWOSEX-MSChart (Chi, 2021a) according to the age-stage, two-sex life table theory (Chi & Liu, 1985). Using the bootstrap resampling method with 200,000 iterations, the standard errors and variances of biological features and population parameters were estimated (Huang & Chi, 2012). The differences between treatments were evaluated using the paired bootstrap test. Table 1 lists the computed population parameters together with their equations and definitions. |
