Popis: | Currently, Bluetooth as a technology has transformed the wireless communication space rapidly across voluminous assortment of devices. Several categories of users with varied proficiency levels in handling the device configuration are emerging. This paper aims to give a detailed user behavior impact on the security of Bluetooth enabled devices. First, the categorization of users is considered based on proficiency in handling Bluetooth configuration. Also, the availability of Bluetooth in these devices across the category of users was premeditated. Based on the user behavior impact data analysis, possible attacks when different user category interacts are also documented. For this study, smart phones with Bluetooth connectivity were used. |
