Popis: | Ross syndrome is a rare autonomic disorder described by Ross in 19581 and characterized by tonic pupil, hyporeflexia, and segmental anhidrosis. A postganglionic cholinergic nerve degeneration of unknown cause underlies this condition2 although erratic association with Sjogren3 and antinuclear antibody4 positivity has led some authors to hypothesize immunologic causes. Familial cases have not been reported. |
