Popis:	Pediatric aortic pseudoaneurysms are rare and can result in life-threatening sequelae. We describe 2 cases of exclusion of descending thoracic aortic pseudoaneurysm by different approaches, chosen based on the anatomy and cause of the lesions. (Level of Difficulty: Beginner.)
