| Popis: | Treatment of acutely ruptured intracranial aneurysms in pregnancy represents a clinical challenge requiring a meticulously selected strategy. We report eight cases of ruptured cerebral aneurysms in eight pregnant patients treated safely and effectively via an endovascular approach. |
