Popis: | Mesenchymal hamartoma is one of several rare, pathologically distinctive mass lesions of the liven which occur almost exclusively in childhood [1 ]. Although mesenchymal hamartoma has no malignant potential, the lesion’s lange size may necessitate surgical resection. This report describes the clinical, ultrasonographic, and pathologic features of the first prenatally identified mesenchymal hamartoma. |
