Popis:	Odontogenic keratocysts are odontogenic cysts of the jaw, usually the mandible. We present a recurrent case in the maxilla. Immunohistochemical staining is necessary to distinguish the entity from other cystic lesions of the jaw, and aggressive surgical management is required.
